Subscriptions are kind of like marmite in the sense that its either contains good products for great value, with the opportunity to showcase some brands you wouldn't have necessarily gone towards before. However, there's also an upside in that some are incredibly over priced for the products it contained or the products are disappointing and end up not being used.

I like to try out subscription services and see where they place on my list. I recently sampled one that sounded up my street, a box full of stationery goodies. When Boxcitement contacted me to see whether I'd like to try out one of their boxes I jumped at the chance to give it a test drive.

This monthly subscription box from Boxcitement not only brings with it some stationery items, but it also contains exclusive collection of jewerllery, a range of stylish gifts, crafting projects and wrapping accessories. It is designed as a 'gift shop in a box!' and looked like lots of fun to look at. All of the items within the box have been designed just for Boxcitement in limited editions, suitable for giving out as gifts or for a regular treat, whatever you fancy! Each box designed has a different theme, therefore each one is different from the other, therefore making it exciting for the person receiving the box.

Before purchasing and committing to the subscription on the Boxcitement website you can have a look at previous boxes to see what you can expect. The box is also a great letter box size which means that it comes through your letterbox without harm and the worry of missing your delivery whilst your at work.

The theme of the box I received was Cutie Fruity and I thought it contained the perfect summer vibes with it's contents of summer drink recipes and each other gift centred around fruit with it's bright coloured imagery. I loved unboxing the subscription and seeing what I had, Boxecitement definitely pack their box full of gifts, the value for money is definitely considered with this. I thought each product was something I could definitely get use for, in particular the bookmark and recipe drink coasters (which I'll definitely make good use of for the next couple of months!). There was definitely some products I don't think I would get use of so I will probably keep hold of these as gifts in the future.

I thought all in all the box was well presented, comes at a great value of price and contains some fabulous products inside.

If you fancy giving this subscription service a go, there's an option for a monthly pay subscription or whether you just want to sample the service before committing to a subscription then there's that option available.

You can sample your first box with 10% off when entering 'FIRSTBOX' when checking out.
