Wondering What To Read Next?

The Hockley Arts Club, Nottingham

There's a spanking new club in Nottingham and after reading this post I know you'll want to go and visit them. Hidden away in independent Hockley down one of Nottingham's many winding passages you'll soon find The Hockley Arts Club. Situated in a gorgeous Victorian Grade-11 listed building, the creative team who are behind the popular cult venue Das Kino (also based in Nottingham) have transformed the former offices of George Wigley and Son's silk merchants and importers into a timeless new venue fit for all your social needs. So when I was invited along to the pre-launch evening I knew I had to check it out, I mean after checking out their Instagram photos I had to see the finishing product for myself.

Loughborough Fair

There's a bit of a well known tradition that comes to my local hometown of Loughborough every November which gives us the perfect lead up to the Christmas month. The traditional fair which happens has been around since the 1950s, even earlier than that so I read so it has a huge place within the social calender for Loughborough.

Every year since I can remember it was something I enjoyed with my dance school friends, I used to dance just up the road from where the fair took place so it was something we looked forward to on a Saturday afternoon after our classes finished. When myself, Jordan took a walk around the fair this year as a last minute thing to squeeze in last week I decided to take some videos of our little adventure for you to enjoy.

The Bru Coffee Festive Menu, Leicester

We all know as soon as November arrives everyone goes absolutely Christmas crazy! We're all discussing our Christmas plans, smelling the Christmas candles, finding our perfect Christmas decorations. Above everything, bloggers become obsessed with the launch of festive drinks and snacks everywhere, I know your all taking your latest Instagram snaps of the Costa festive cups!

When the lovely Chloe from Brü invited us local bloggers in Leicester to test drive their new festive menu, how could we say no? It involves cake (i'm sorry for the food envy your about to experience!)

Switching off.

These are some of my favourite images taken from 2015 and it reflects one of my favourite times in the year, bonfire night. I couldn't find a specific post to use them for and as November 5th passed me by whilst having my laptop repaired, I still wanted to share these moments with you and find …

REVIEW | Marry Poppins The Musical UK Tour.

Mary Poppins (UK Tour)
Curve Theatre, Leicester

Reviewed on Friday 16th October

Going to the theatre is possibly up there on my list of favourite things to do at the weekend, especially when a significant and very exciting production lands on your doorstep in your local theatre. Since I can remember Mary Poppins has been my much loved Disney film of mine, the famous nanny who flew in with the never-ending handbag by her side and vocabulary like supercalifragilisticexpialidocious to get your tongue is a twist so when I heard that the first stop for the Mary Poppins touring production was at the Curve in Leicester I knew I had to go and experience the magical world for myself.
